- Court bookings are allowed for Tournament play 5 days in advance. Doubles matches are 2 hours long and Singles matches 1 1/2 hours.
- Warm-up will be no longer than 10 minutes and will be enforced by the club monitors.
- A new can of tennis balls must accompany both teams. Winner goes home with the new can.

- EACH ROUND HAS A DEADLINE DATE. KNOW YOUR DEADLINE AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR MATCH BEFORE THE DEADLINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WILL RESULT IN A DEFAULT.
